Stephanie Barrows is a writer, performer, legacy coach and mentor, based in London, England.  She identifies as a glamorustic, hard-of-hearing dancing queen with dodgy joints, who is equally happy barefoot in nature or wearing a sparkly ballgown - often simultaneously.

A lover of words and language, Stephanie is enthusiastic about using her lived experiences to demonstrate (through writing, speaking and acting on stage and screen) that “if you can see it, you can be it”. Half deaf since birth and with other invisible conditions, she has overcome many personal and family health challenges to follow her passions, achieve her life purpose and create her legacy of being a creative catalyst for a kinder more inclusive world.

Through her personal performance and development coaching, training, healing and spiritual mediumship, one-to-one, in workshops and groups, Stephanie has supported many mid-later life women (and some men) to identify and achieve their life purpose and passions.

Her clients say that, through her insightful tools and techniques and her incredible spiritual gifts they have overcome challenges, removed blocks, identified solutions and seized the day to follow achievable pathways to turn their dreams and legacies into reality more quickly and easily.

Before becoming a professional writer/performer/medium, Stephanie spent 20 years in publishing, marketing and business development in the City.  She qualified as a coach, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and Reiki Practitioner between 2008-14 and after regular assessments at the Institute of Spiritualist Mediums was awarded Registered Approved Medium status in 2012.

Intending to semi-retire and live part-time in Italy in the next few years, she has been learning Italian for three years. She has also recently achieved Level 1 British Sign Language.

Weaving together all the threads of her experience and expertise, Stephanie is currently working on several Deaf/Hearing creative collaborations and projects to enable Wise Elder Women to pass on their wisdom, skills and ultimately their crowns to the young women of the future.
